Free shipping on all window blinds and shades! Orders normally will be delivered to you within two weeks.
NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or anywhere outside the 48 contiguous United States. Blinds ordered over 84" in width are not covered under the warranty.
Color Accuracy/Color Disclaimer
Due to variances of computer monitors, the colors that appear on your screen may not be exact or shades from what you are expecting. We always suggest and recommend that you request color samples from us. There is a slight possibility for real wood blinds to have natural variances in the wood color and grain that may affect the color of the stain used on them. We would advise you to purchase all your blinds at one time to assure the materials used in the manufacturing process match up with each other. Products cannot be returned or exchanged because of color discrepancies.
Our warranty is provided by the manufacturer and passed to the original purchaser. All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser, in a residential application. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics and PVC tend to crack and discolor. All cords will eventually wear out. These things are normal wear and tear and are not covered by this warranty. Colors and textures vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatches or previous purchases. Products ordered outside of the recommended manufacturing specifications (oversized blinds) are not covered by this warranty. This warranty coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer at retail own our products. If your product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty. You, the customer will be responsible for transporting the product to and from SweetBlinds.com along with any cost removing or reinstalling the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Exchanges or Refunds
SweetBlinds.com does not in any way accept exchanges or refunds. Every blind is custom made to your color choice and size stated and therefore are not suitable for resale. We recommend that you do not refuse the delivery of blinds in which you ordered. This will not enable you to receive a refund in any way. If you receive your blinds and they are not the color you anticipated, we can reorder you the same order in a different color at a 15% discount.
Errors in Your Order
Each blind is custom made to your color choice and size, therefore it is important you follow the measuring instructions on our site. We also recommend that you carefully review your order before you place it. In the event that you make an error in your order, email us immediately at sales@SweetBlinds.com to inform us of the error. If you catch the order quickly, we will call you back to get the details of the error. If the order has already been processed, you will have to reorder the product at a discount.
Discontinued and/or Back Ordered Items
SweetBlinds.com has no control over products that are discontinued or placed on backorder by the various manufacturers. SweetBlinds.com will make every effort to remove discontinued items as soon as we are made aware of them and will notify you whenever we receive notice of any backorders. Also see "Delivery Times" noted below.

Shipping Methods & Charges
We offer free shipping via United Parcel Service(UPS) and/or FedEx within the contiguous 48 U.S. As long as the product(s) you order are less than 90" long. For the fastest service possible, we ship most products directly FOB from the manufacturing facility located closest to you. If your package is too large to ship by UPS or FedEx, we will ship it FOB the manufacturer's facility via freight carrier, usually to your front door. For shutters please view the table below. The following shipping charges apply to all orders that are 90" long and up:
Different types of window treatments are often made in different manufacturing facilities. For the fastest delivery, we ship each product to you as soon as it is ready. That way, you'll have your order as soon as possible! If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please call us at the number at the top of this page.
Delivery times given are estimates based on normal production and shipping times. Delivery times may vary depending on the product. Therefore, please e-mail for a better estimate of delivery times. The estimated delivery times include working days after our receipt of your completed order and exclude weekends, holidays and factory closing days. On occasions, there may also be delays caused by out-of-stock merchandise, inventory-taking, temporary factory overload, or other unforseen problems. SweetBlinds.com cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by problems which are beyond its reasonable control.
Since we are based in Texas, we collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas addresses. SweetBlinds.com will not impose a sales tax on orders that are delivered outside of the state of Texas unless such taxes are imposed on Internet sales by law.
Inspection of Merchandise
IMPORTANT: Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify SweetBlinds.com immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify SweetBlinds.com that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, SweetBlinds.com will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify SweetBlinds.com that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 7 day period, SweetBlinds.com will not repair or replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.
Express Warranties with respect to the blinds/shades you are purchasing from SweetBlinds.com are provided to you directly by the manufacturer of these products and are incorporated into your order. SWEETBLINDS.COM ITSELF DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY AND/OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD TO THE GOODS YOU ARE PURCHASING.
Freight Claim Policy
Refer to these important guidelines if you receive a shipment containing possible freight damage. If you suspect freight damage do not refuse the shipment, instead call SweetBlinds immediately. Keep the original boxes along with the damaged goods and note the tracking number from the boxes. Hold on to the damaged blinds and boxes for 30 days. The damaged goods will not be remade until UPS or/and FedEx has given authorization for a claim. If you do not keep the damaged box and blind we will be unable to remake the damaged goods.
